PlastiDip Emblems and Grille

So after sweating in the Florida heat and a lot of patience to remove and clean the emblems, I was able to save some money and PlastiDip them instead of buying the blacked out ones. Also did the grille. One suggestion I have is not to waste your time masking the grille if you're going black, just remove it and spray it.

Getting the rims blacked out next week at the dealer (not using PlastiDip on rims).

I find this rather funny as when got the trail hawk, the wife was disappointed because it came with the blacked out grill ... and wished it had the chrome ones. Same with the Cherokee name on the doors.

LOL

I'd love to see a few more pics, especially the side from a little more distance. I have a white limited that I've been debating plasti dipping the emblems.

That looks very nice. I did the same thing on my sisters limited and love it. But I did not remove the emblems or grill. just wondering why are you not wanting to dip the wheels?

I got the dealer to agree to do the rims when I bought my car and I wanted a professional job on the rims since I had never done it myself before the emblems

What percent tint did you put on the fronts and back to get it to match?
