Is that the Rear Diff? Seepage is pretty common. If you're still within your Warranty. The dealer can replace it. Mine was covered under warranty. My original dealer tried to get me to pay for it when they saw the seepage at 5k miles. 15k miles later, I went to another dealer and told them about my rear diff. They replaced it under warranty.

Clean it first

I would suggest cleaning it down there first and try to pin point where the leak is coming from. Could be just residual oil from the last oil change....or maybe something worse. Hopefully not. Keep checking your oil level.

Start at the top. Shine a light into the area of the Oil Filter Housing from the right side. See if there is any oil pooling up in the valley. Possible Oil Cooler leak.

^^^What he said
Apparently it's a common issue when there is an oil leak

Turns out it is an oil filter housing failure. Of course part is on back order. Fingers crossed doesnt take to long to get part in.
