Can you post some close ups of your antenna mount fan to the bull bar? Want to add to mine.

So I've been debating with myself about how I wanted to do the switches. I picked up the MicTuning wiring kit knowing that it would probably be temporary. The little round switch looks and feels pretty nice and works well. I initially thought about adding it to the door panel below the fuel door release button but wasn't just really happy with the idea. Then thought about overhead in the sunglasses holder but didn't really like that either. So looking around here and elsewhere on the web thought about picking up the SPod system or just pick up MFC's kit with the console mounting. It looks like a really well thought out and designed system but with a vehicle that is so high tech I didn't really want the rocker switches. They look good but just not for me in this rig. So now looking at the SPod SE but wow do they like it. A little more searching and found the SwitchPros SP-8100 switch panel. Watched videos and read lots of reviews and besides the backlight not being the color I really want I think it will work perfect. The size of it should fit in front of the media center without much issue. Once i get it installed I'll take some pics for your enjoyment

I will get some in the morning to post once it gets light enough. It is just a 2" piece of flat steel that I drilled mounting holes that line up with the holes on top of the license mount. A couple of @45 degree bends and another hole for the antenna to mount through. It's not grounded but when I tried to the SWR went of the meter. So without I am able to get just under 2 top and bottom and about 1 at 20.

I used
Dupli-Color BCC0427 Brilliant Black
Exact match for our black paint (multi color flakes)
I think it is for paint code APX or SPX. I used a scotch bright pad to rough then up and get any residuals off of the wheels followed by alcohol wipes to make sure they were clean. Two coats of primer with three coats of paint and two coats of clear. At least 15 minutes between each coat.

So the weather finally cooperated enough for me to get the SwitchPros switchpod installed. I also added some rock lights but have to wait until I get the sliders installed before I can add the rest. Still a little light out so hard to get the real effect but I think they look pretty good.
