Play day with the Jeep

I took her out to Lake Keechelus yesterday and played around in the sand... Vader handled the soft sand pretty well and even scampered up a 3 foot lil rock section. Nothing to hardcore but never the less it was a great day.. So I can honestly say I love it. Here are a couple of the kiddos and the my baby.

Hmmm, you've got more off-road time than my TH has since I've owned it.... I really need to get off the beaten path sometime... and soon!!! haha!

Nice pics! Looks like some fun and a good start. Believe me when I say, your baby is capable of MUCH more when offroading. Really. Go and try it out ;-)

The scene from 1:44, the grey Limited (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S-dQhppPJjU) is of a AD I friend in Germany and he did much more there. He goes with manual transmission.

Yeap that's right.. she did find in Auto but I found once I put it in Sand mode it was able to crawl through the softer stuff with less effort.

Peter - I like your choice of tires. I had those on my Mitsu Outlander and got over 90,000 km from the first set. The second set still looked like new the day I traded the car on our Cherokee. When our Firestones show enough wear, they'll be replaced by Toyo Open Country too. - Ted
