Oh, sweet. Love their racks.... This actually replace the existing rails. So maybe the price is completely worth it.

Bet there will be more options soon too!

Nice! I have a Gobi rack, ladder, and accessories on our XTerra. Top quality materials, and Trail Duty is good about group buys. My only concern about this for the Cherokee is the extra ladder weight effecting the hatch door.

I did some research and found thats how they do it for several car models.

I do know the lift gate can pick up my friend... she's didn't know it was automatic and held on when it was going up.

I'm pretty sure the excessive number of QC posts about their stuff pretty much sums up the price difference. This is fully welded and not bolted together as well, can hold 600lbs of static weight!

I spent quite a bit of time researching Gobi. I couldn't find one complain here or other forums. They are top - TOP quality.

ok looks like that's what your getting just posted as to maybe you have not seen the RR, Rola, Rino, or Surco, versions too ....sorry I posted.... good luck
