Jeep Jamboree Anthem AZ

There's a new Jeep Jamboree in Anthem next year March 3rd-5th. We're signing up. It would be nice to see other local TH owners participate.

I'm game for any such activity but I really don't know anything about the Jeep Jamboree. I live in the Prescott area so Anthem is really convenient. Does the Jamboree cost a lot, need reservations or require any special equipment?

Warzim,
I read up on it, and it sounds like a blast. In a tame - family oriented way.

It's not free though. $250/adult. $125/child. That includes 3 meals for two days (6 total) though, which I assume is most of the cost.
So it's not sooo bad.

I'm thinking of bringing myself and one of my older kids.
And thinking I may pony up and finally get the sliders before then.

It's $250 per person. I did my first Jeep Jamboree last summer at The Roof Of The Rockies. Definitely recommend it. Trail guides know all the trails. You have the option of which ones you want to do. I did the moderate trails which was appropriate for the TH but still provided a challenge for the vehicle and driver. Also the trail guides are very helpful. We got through totally unscathed, no vehicle damage. That in it itself is worth the expense for me. You get 3 meals a day which I thought was pretty good.
Overall I think it's worth the price. Great fun, friendly people. It would be great to have several TH's participate. Anthem is only a 2 and half hour drive for us. I plan on camping in our T&G camper.

The Anthem Jeep Jamboree sold out fast. I got put on a waiting list. Just got the call today, they found a open slot for my wife and I. Hoping to see other TH's.
