Trail Condition Reports?

AZ folks, do you have a go-to place for condition reports or user-posted recent runs?

I'm newish to the area and with rainy season upon us, I understand that trails can change in short order. I'm planning on doing Schnebly Hill next week, which shouldn't be too out of the ordinary (unless it's DUMPING over the weekend), but I'm curious where you guys go for info ahead of time, if at all.

ETA: Hello, fellow Arizonans! WA transplant who recently upgraded from a softroader to the TH. I've got a lot of adventuring to catch up on.

Me: '16 TH Billet 6cyl

Better Half: '16 Latitude Altitude Granite 6cyl; ADII

Hey Hoffie! New to AZ myself, fresh back from Japan. Where abouts in AZ? I'm out in West Valley.

I've found a few great resources but azoffroad.net is my favorite. Check out their YouTube channel for near weekly trail videos.

Also, if you're bone stock TH like I am, they have some good options on the site. I've become addicted to the Apache Trail, no challenge but scenic as all get out.

Thanks for the reply and welcome back stateside! I'll definitely check them out in-depth tomorrow (videos should be especially helpful for not only condition but judging trail difficulty). There's a TON of beautiful country out here, and it's a LOT different from the PNW.

I'm in N. PHX; bone-stock Billet as well! I do have the Valpacer kit on the way from HazzardSky, should have that on before the weather settles into the perfect 80-95 range. I don't plan on going apedung with the mods, but I'll be adding more to it as the Dept of Household Treasury allows.

PM me if you want to try and combine forces for some runs.
