Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk Lift?

Thinking about lifting my Trailhawk and wondering if anyone has recommendations as to where I should go do this in Austin, TX? (hoping it won't affect the warranty)

Also, any recommendations on how high I should lift it, i.e. 2 additional inches from what I got from the factory? I have a new 2017 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk.

And do you think I can just keep the same 17 inch off road tires it came with after it's been raised? Any benefit to adding in an inch bigger tire?

Thank you,

Rose

Hello, Fort Worth Texas here. No recommendations on who to go to. However, currently you can only get 1.5" of lift and still get the alignment back into factory specifications.

Your options are the hazard sky lift, MFC offroad lift or Dobinson. The first two are both 1.5" the last one is only 1" but is a full suspension swap.

All the lifts, if you are mechanically inclined can be done yourself in a weekend. But an alignment will have to be done after.

The lift option you select, is of course your personal choice and preference. I have the MFC lift and its worked wonderfully over many miles of hard off-roading...my 2 cents.

I have the HazzardSky lift, and also haven't had any issues.

It's also extremely affordable, compared to all other options.

However, I haven't seen complaints about any of the kits. They'll all do wonderfully for you.
