No, at boquillas you are rowed across in a john boat and then have your choice of horse/donkey/truck for $5 or walking for free to get to town.

Do I assume correctly that you are going for the donkey?

Ended up going to Big Bend National Park again, what a great weekend! No 4x4 trails this trip, but we hiked some great trails, weather wasn't too bad (cold in the am and mid 90's during the day) but overall another great trip! Enjoying Jeep Life
