Big Bend Ranch State Park

Like the title says, Big Bend Ranch State Park, who's been? How long ago? Pics? I am hoping to have a little camping trip there next weekend. Been to Big Bend National Park many times, but never to the State Park (which is nearby)

Discuss please

I have never been out there. Firends of mine who have say it is a lot more rugged than Big Bend. Most of the popular trails are rarely maintained and lots of things to slice open tires on the trials.

Be self sufficent as there is little traffic in the park. There is little cell phone reception and it could be days before you see another vehicle.

Sorry, I have no info for you but do have a question ...

Can you accidentally drive into Mexico there?

Hahaha, You would have to cross the Rio Grande. But to be perfectly honest, you could cross the border with the Jeep in a couple of spots, but in Big Bend National Park, if you crossed, you would be almost 200 miles from the first paved road in Mexico

Accidently, Not likely. The Rio Grande is likely to get your attention before you reach Mexico.
