2)The same person checks again, argues that it is coming from sunroof and then hands to the other person.
3) the other person comes up and says, this is becauase you are using spotify streaming and playing it through bluetooth. I was like I can play it through IPOD and he was like no just the flash drive. It should resolve your issue.
4)Then I was like how about the radio? it rattles on SXM too. He said, may be the frequency , because its cloudy and you are not getting good reception when you could hear the best reception possible. Then I was like why only one side and only one door then.
5)thats when he said, oh may there is a problem in the door. Somethings loose or somethings rattling like a wire or anything.

That all took me 4 hous worth of argument oh and there is more for sure. By the way the dealer is Fair oaks jeep chrysler in Chantily VA ! Never ever go there!

Most dealers don't like poor surveys on their service which you should receive over the Internet if you have an E mail address with FCA. You might want to talk to the service manager, not threatening, but just let him know your going to have to give a very poor grade on that survey unless they are willing to let you come back and give it another attempt if they wish too. I usually give them another opportunity if they are willing to do it. But I do understand why you are upset and I would be too.

ahh yes that annoying rattle.

mine will only do it with heavy bass, or loud volume, but yup that passenger side front door emits a noise/rattle. I was thinking it was a speaker problem until I read this thread haha. I was going to go to the dealership to inquire about getting the speaker replaced.

Now I think I might just pull the door panel off and have a look-see myself to see what is making that noise.

Some felt along the door seems helps. Also, several months ago there was a thread about putting red felt trim on the door seams. I did this, and have not experienced the vibration issue. It might solve the issue.

Mine vibrated for a week once and when I finally got around to seeing where the noise was coming from, I discovered that Mrs. Mults had left a pen in the door pocket. No pen, no noise.

But seriously, it probably is not the speaker, but more the door panel. Find another dealer to fix it for you!

Was anyone that had a deal fix this able to have it done in warranty? I would think it should be covered under the bumper to bumper...
