Welcome to the forum and sorry to hear you had such a bad experience with a dealer's service department. I have several dealers I could go to for service here and only go to one that is not the closest but by far the best. But no dealer should argue with you 4 hours and if they said it is something in the door--why in the heck didn't they search for it and repair it? Yeah, I know that is what your asking, but it makes me upset that those kind of dealers are messing it up for the better ones--no, I don't work at one or even know anybody that does other than the people at my servicing dealer. I love my KLand hope you will enjoy your KL and that you get better service.
