I'm driving only city, most of the time 20-25km at once (driving to and from work).

Is this "normal"?

Cheers,
Your fuel consumption is relatively high. Assuming your personal driving habits haven't changed from summer to winter ...and the type of trip and traffic conditions are the same ...then it may be cold weather related. I am getting about 440 kms (13litres/100km) on a full tank of 87 octane with my V6 in the winter right now in Richmond Hill...all short city/traffic trips of 10-20 kms...but I am parked in a relatively warm garage so there is therefore no idling time at beginning and end of trips and all fluid temperatures are well above ambient temperature at engine start. Are you parked outdoors at home and at end of your trips?...it does make a difference.

Try a couple of tanks of Shell or Petrocan 91. Neither of them have any ethanol, the vast majority of the 87/89 in Ontario has up to 10% ethanol. That always has lead to a measurable difference for me.

The window sticker testing is likely done with pure gas, even if it was 89. I notice about a 5-7 % drop when I run anything but 91. Note the 93/94 stuff is just 91 with ethanol, so avoid it.

Every weekday morning. The Trailhawk does not fit in my garage, so I remote start and let it run for about 6 minutes before I get in it.

Just rolled over 4K on my 15 TH. I only run Shell and 91 at that. I`m averaging 12.4 only city. Only been on a 400KM highway round trip so far. One feature I do have and absolutely love is the start/stop.

The only way to compare gas mileage is in Hwy. in my opinion and even that's subjective to many variables such as terrain, altitude, winds or weather conditions and of course the drivers way of operating the vehicle. In Fla. I try to drive some without the use of the AC that also draws on the power train and almost never use the cruise control because it has a tendency to down shift too much even when you're just going over the Interstates crossings and then it takes a while for it to return to 8th from 7th maintaining the higher RPM.
I don't mind loosing a couple of MPH and regaining it on the down slopes. Just my 2 cts.

Wow, I'm averaging 11.3 with a mix of highway and "city" driving. I'm not light on the pedal, but not overly heavy either. V6 Trailhawk with just shy of 5000km on it (in a month!). I've kept it mostly in auto except to lay in Sport mode a few times, and 4wd LOW for some short trails.
