RRO shipping to Canada

Guys,

I'm interested in getting the RRO bumper/brush guard for my new Trailhawk, but I'm looking for info on anyone in Canada that has purchased one (or sliders) and had it shipped by UPS directly to their Canadian address. What did you pay in Brokerage fees to UPS?

If it's prohibitive, I'll ship it to a UPS store stateside and make a two/three hour drive to pick them up myself and save brokerage. If it's not crazy, added shipping to get to Canada is only like $23 more, and significantly easier.

Let me know!

The brokerage fees were about 15$ for the roof rails and rack I got from RRO . What really put me off buying from them again, was the sorry state the parts arrived in. Loose in the box, rattling around with all the brackets and hardware, paint chipped off and a forklift prong presumably made a huge hole in the side of the box. Whether that was RRO or UPS, I know not. A bit of both I guess since the packing was terrible. Buyer beware. RRO's shipping, quality control is hit or miss

I order some stuff from them like 9 or 10 weeks ago and was told it take 5 weeks to ship and ever time i call they say it going to powder coating this week and ship the next week but still waiting and i live in a state next to them . I guess they think because they the only ones who really make any thing for the new cherokees they can take there time I hope other places start making stuff for the cherokee soon

I had mine shipped to the border at Sumas , when down to pick them up last December , saved a ton of money. Sliders and bumper .

I'll try and avoid ups at all costs , but some vendors will pay the brokerage with UPS ,

I ran the Trailfest this weekend and utterly destroyed the plastic runners. This wasn't a surprise, mind you. I did find a local fabricator willing to look at Hawkeye and talk about fabricating sliders and installing them.

Bonus is he's literally local, I could walk to his shop, practically.

Now to find the bullprints someone posted up on the site.

i did up a set of plans based o RROs setup. A shop in Saltair on Vancouver Island made them for me with modifications to fine tune it to my vehicle.

I could send you the plans by email if you like. I was going to draw the modifications as well but have just been too busy and the complete and utter lack of interest kind of put me off wasting any more time on it. Mine look great 😀
