Maybe, but I wouldn't bank on it. A usable part got used for intended purpose. Some questions to consider: Was everything attached properly? Did they exercise reasonable care to avoid damage, or was the damage caused by negligence ofsome sort on their part? Is the finish on this piece prone to wearing under normal use?
I don't have a TH and I don't have tow hooks, so I don't know how they hold up normally. But the company may have a pretty decent defense here, so it might be difficult to get them to pay for it.

Problem with that statement is that the hooks are not 'tow' hooks as folks call them. They are recovery points and are not designed or installed to be used for towing the vehicle on a flatbed.
