You're still gonna want them raw steel correct? No paint on the bracket? (The hooks come black from the source so I can't change that...)
That is correct, I will have them powder coated locally. I should have the funds Friday when my bonus money hits.
Ooh, bonus money!!! I'm honored that you're spending it on my tow hooks and not something like tires or lights! Ha ha

Just PM me when you are ready and we will discuss price w/o paint. As mentioned before I can't take off too much cause I don't have much in the paint cost. Most is in the fabrication and hardware. (And now spacers... Lol)
Already have wheels and tires and a light bar on my roof basket lol

@IRSmart
I see you are ahead of me then! I have my tires sitting in the basement, and lights on my Amazon Wishlist. Where did you mount your lights to, and how did you wire/switch them?

The light bar is clamped to the roof basket, and I got a wireless switch for under the hood. It is connected to my home link buttons inside the car, which allowed for no wiring to have to go inside the cabin. When I want to turn the light on, I just reach up and press the first garage door button on my sunvisor.

Nice looking setup. What size is that bar? I just ordered a 31" bar off another forum member who wasn't using it! Now i gotta figure out wiring and switches and power... The only problem is... I'M NOT AN ELECTRICIAN!!!!! But it'll be a fun adventure!

It's 36" bar. are you sure the one you got was 31"? never heard of that size before. but there's a first time for everything I suppose. if the one you got is curved, that's the perfect size for mounting to the front grille. I was going to do that, and have two light bars, but at the last minute decided against it and went solely with the one on the basket.

Guy said it was 31. Maybe 30 or 32 but I'm not too concerned as long as it works!

Add-On Recovery Hooks for NON-TRAILHAWK Models

So is anyone else looking at adding Tow Hooks? I've had a few orders placed, but nowhere near the interest I thought there would be!
