80 or 90 would work. You need to open up your lights to install.

Ummm. That sounds kinda complicated and a bit scary since the fixture is more than $200. How is that done?

When I retrofitted mine I bought tyc replacements. $300 for a pair. They open up with heat and cold glue tools. Much easier to open than the stock Mopar lights. I didn't add any led halos. But when I resealed I used butyl rope so of I do decide to add stuff I just heat and pull apart. Much easier the second time with the different glue.

Not an easy task,but I run a retrofitting side business so I have the hang of things.

+1 definitely helps to start with an extra set of housings

We haven't test-fit a set into the Cherokee's housings, but 80mm and 90mm are the most common sizes for projector-style applications
