Just received word today I Won NYS Lemon Law and beat their big time corporate lawyer who had a good speech but could not beat the facts or my testimony. Four attempts to repair the wobble, failure to repair my 2014 Cherokee Latitude. Getting all my money back and drove their car for14 months for free. I urge anyone who has the wobble to contact a lawyer, don't wait for a fix because there is not one and don't put up with Jeeps BS.
i wrote in the other forum that i started... but how much was your lawyer and did they have to pay the lawyer fees and how much miles were on the vehicle... what lawyer did you use cause I'm from nassau county myself
Lemon law does not go far as it stated, I have been visit dealer for 9 times and I got 9 invoices for the combined repair of wobble and transmission. But the only result the lawyer can get is several thousands dollars cash settlement, the lawyer said its fair!. BS!!
Congrats to you bud! I was gonna go do the same bs as before with my replacement, but I said fk it. Traded it in and now am driving a real machine with a tranny that works. Chrysler should have used the 8 speed in the Cherokee, but they ruined a good thing. Gonna bite em in the (__L__).>>
I did not use an attorney, I represented myself as I stated in a post, I knew I had a good case. But I suggest an attorney if you don't think you could do it on your own.
Finally after 3 months got rid of this POS, Chrysler took the car back last Thursday and I got my check the same day Full purchase price plus 250.00 arbitration fee. Gotta say thanks Chrysler for making a car that I was able to drive for free for 14 months. Again I urge anyone that cannot get their car fixed by Chrysler to file for Lemon Law its an easy process. So long forum !!!!!!!!
