RippMod Supercharger for 3.2L?

Would anyone be interested in Supercharger for this jeep/ I know the tranny may implode, but just wondering if anyone else thought about an SRT6

As long as there is some sort of warranty or plenty of testing id be in. Thats the only thing the cherokee is missing in my opinion, a little more power.

Edit:
Looking at the price I may not be so in, if its as much as their Grand Cherokees thats a little steep.

There's not gonna be a warranty for these lol, not sure what kind of Pistons the Cherokee uses and compression but if you bust a piston you are on your own.

Their 3.6L kit in the WK2 is very successful, I would be all over this like white on rice if they ever released a kit, i'm guessing we'd see 280ish at the wheel horsepower along with 270 torque, would definitely wake this vehicle up, would just have to look at see what the ZF tranny can hold for torque but id be in for sure.

Confused. 280 @ the wheel? right now its 271HP (at crank i think?). The 3.2L kit boosts 198HP to 320HP. Well over 50%

We currently have 271 and 239. I don't think anyone is going to supercharge for 9 and 31. :P

On top of all of this...

We don't have a tune available. This would be almost useless without reprogramming to compensate for the extra power.

No-tune + 9-Speed ZF = Absolutely not.

Re read my post I said "at the wheels" our HP measurements are at the engine crank, and our engines dyno around 210HP and 188ft/lb Torque(K&N's Dyno) and that is at the wheels, so in reality you are gaining about 70hp and around 82ft/lb more torque. That is a big increase, its just my guess though.

RIPP dyno'd a stock 3.6L WK2 and got 198hp..........with the kit they got 322HP at the wheels,

RIPP uses the Diablosport tuner, so that's probably the biggest issue right now is if that will work with the KL platform, if RIPP was to release a kit it would just work, much like their WK2 kits, i'm skeptical there is enough demand since the 3.2l Is only in the KL right now.

I emailed with them this morning and they said they've had 2 people ask about it since the jeep has been out. I'm pretty sure both were me (this year and last year).

I started this thread to gauge some interest, and sent the link to the Ripp Team.

my take is that boost and cast aluminum Pistons in the 3.2 don't mix. Yeah it has nice forged rods but the Pistons and tight tolerances in our engine are the limiting factor. Sure you can keep boost low and have a tune that's on point but even then you are in borrowed time. No one has a tune for our Jeep, means you can't adjust A/F ratio and spark so it's a no go, not to mention shift points. Also who knows how much air the MAF can handle and how much fuel the injectors can. It's not as simple as slapping on a supercharger and calling it a day.
