I had a wire solder connection on one of my ballast resistors break. I never could get LEDs to work on both sides for more than 15 minutes.
Ended up with LED on the left and halogen on the right, which works. Mine is a 2014 TH so may work differently from yours. You should have gotten a bulb out message on EVIC. The body control module on my TH does not tolerate LEDs, once it detects a problem it turns both lights OFF.
You should probably just put the stock bulbs back in until you sort it out.
Once the BCM error goes away then when you can install the LED lights again. The error correcting resistors may not reset the BCM error message.
Keep me posted, I have 2 sets of LEDs that don't work. The LEDs are ok, the BCM just won't let them work.

Sorry to hear that.

I went back in time (via your profile) to check which lights you actually bought, but I think you never actually posted when you did it. You did ask for opinions a few times before buying, all replies were "get an HID kit", and then you posted you had LED headlights without any details.

So, can you tell us which LEDs you bought and where ? This so we know what to avoid... Oh and did that kit come with any error canceling module (anti-flicker, PWM, resistors, etc...) ? What type of warranty came with those lights ?

Thanks..

Hmmm. Could be these : https://www.ledfootleds.com/product-...lb-conversions

They say they can sell kits with a CANBUS decoder, which would theoretically cancel error codes and allow the lights to fire as intended. But FCA vehicules are not easy to cheat when it comes to lights... so I have to wonder if the lights they installed can work in a Jeep (or Dodge/Chrysler).

If I were you, I would go back to the shop and tell them the install isn't working, and ask them if they did install CANBUS decoders available from the bulb vendor. If they did install the decoders, then I guess the shop is somewhat off the hook and your next move would be to contact the bulb manufacturer for a refund, or an updated/working product if it exists.

Good luck..
