I have no experience with either of those, but my opinion? I'd say the layout of the Falcon trumps the other one. Being able to have a full-time bed setup and a full-time table/dinette setup is amazing.
I have a small vintage Beachcomber trailer with a similar layout to the Forest River one, and we end up not using that table as a table, it just stays a bed because it's a pain to have put away bedding and re-set up the table and then do it all over again constantly. So, yeah from my experience if you could have the 2 seperate areas always setup, you'll be happier.
And the matte black looks amazing too.
