If it's the same thing as here in the US, it's not a 'recall' but a service bulletin. The motor for the lift gate ahs a chance of getting wet and shorting. The service bulleting lists needed parts and how to inspect/fix the liftgate. Search around on here and you should find more info. I know a lot have had it done, but don't recall anyone actually saying their showed signs of wet/corrosion when inspected or actually shorting etc....
