can someone post a picture of what it looks like without the light turned on during the day time? I'd appreciate it. Thanks!

Question mount type?

@thebigler - For the Rigid D2 lights... did you get Flush or Surface mount? or does it not matter?

thanks!

@thebigler @Afair88

For the Rigid lights, did you get Flush or Surface mount?

And after running them for awhile now, have you had any issues whatsoever?

thanks.

I just did this install today except I used Rigid's DOT legal fog light. Holy cow it makes a difference, don't need high beams any longer. I tried my best to aim them but the lowest I could get them was in line with the low beams at about 25 feet. It's not a crisp cut off either so it's difficult to figure out where the hot spot is. At I'd say 100 yards the fog lights outshine the headlights if you are staring at them from the front and the spread to the sides of the road is great. I have to say though on the 2016 it was a pain in the but. No access doors so I took the tires off, the washer bottle was in the way from tightening the adjustment screw on the driver side and the air cleaner tubing was a real pain in the butt because it blocked one of the screws to take the factory fog light off. So I just didn't put it back on. But overall VERY happy.

Len,

Is there any space for adjustability built in to the mounting brackets from Rigid? Were you able to actually aim them down? I have a pair of the 20° Dually flood lights and I was thinking that if I could aim them 10° down I could get them to align with the cutoff for the low beams and just use them to get some extra light on the road.

Hi, did.mine today, I agree, the air cleaner tubing is a pain! I did install a pair driving beam pattern but amber, 30 Watt, 2700lm. Bought them on eBay and I bough the Rigid industries brackets. Great fit. They outshine the headlamps with a nice light orange tint so it will great for snow and foggy conditions. Very happy!
