Great pics LRM! Thanks. Now I know where to look before the dealer gets it. I got my recall notice in the mail this week for my 15 TH.

I was in and out with an oil change, tire rotation, and recall (only needed the new tray installed) in 60 minutes. I suppose if the cables need changed, then 2.5 hours may be the time.

Mine goes in tomorrow. Be interesting to see how long it all takes. Of course they have to look at a radio issue too.

I had this recall (R27 Liftgate) and also the R39 (wiper system static build-up) in my uConnect previously but the parts were not available last time I had an oil change and I wasn't really in a hurry to get them done so I was waiting until my next oil change to get them completed.

I just pulled up my uConnect recall page as I will be heading in for another oil change soon and both of these are no longer listed. Anyone else experience this?

I know I haven't had them done and I do have the paper copies of these that I was mailed to bring with me but this still seemed pretty strange. I hope their system still has them.

I'd had R27 done but had not yet gone in for R39. I too noticed in the last week when I logged onto the Jeep Owner's Center website that R39 had disappeared from my list of recalls.

Same here.
I called FCA customer service and they said that all done and incomplete recalls still show up in their records. She listed what I had completed and that R39 still needed to be done. She said a dealer will still see what has and hasn't been done.

Thanks for the info. I still have the hard copy notices they sent but was hoping they still have what they need in their system.

Have the same problem, have mailing Jeep sent me last year for both R27 & R39, never had either done because my dealer never had the parts, dealer told me to check back in the spring, looked on the Jeep owners site today and it said: There are no outstanding recalls for the above listed VIN. Called my dealer and he said their are no open recalls for my vehicle at this time.
I then called FCA recall phone number and they tell me i have two open recalls R27 & R39, they are going to contact my dealer, so i can get the recalls done.
