Black exterior trim/'cladding'

Well, we finally had some nice weather here in Michigan today so I gave my 2015 Cherokee its first polish. I was wondering if anyone applies a protectant [i.e., Armor All, etc.] to the black exterior trim/cladding. If so, what do you use???

Any advice is appreciated.

THANKS, jeeperspeepers

Take a look the "Washing/Detailing" forum. Lots of suggestions there.

I would definitely NOT use Armor-All. I recommend Aerospace 303, which is great for interior and exterior surfaces.

Back to Black (which is what I used to say to my 3rd wife BTW) by Mothers works great on FCA trim.

Not that I've ever tried it but I hear one of the best things for black plastic trim that gives a consistent finish and removes water marks is...smooth peanut butter!
