Installed 32" light bar

I finally called in sick at work and got to work on the light. Got it from eBay. Chose this one because it had lenses over the LED - not just projectors. Much more powerful that other eBay stuff. Mine is 300W vs 180W on others. Took about 6.5 hours but I wanted everything done correctly (painted the larger bolts, made my own washers, etc).

The whole project cost me roughly $120. Not bad in my opinion. The opening in the firewall is covered with silicone upon completion to keep the bugs out.

Do you have any concerns about engine cooling and economy? Maybe I'm too parinoid.

Got a few night pics. Not worried bout cooling - there's so much air coming in through the lower grille and between hood and bumper that air flow is not a issue.

The light is centered. It is mainly in the center and a little to the sides. Picture taken from driver's seat and that't why it seems that way.
