Hi Everyone!

I received an email with an update regarding the Badge of Honor Program today. They emphasized the importance of following these steps to make sure your Trail Badge Requests were processed:

1. Login in to your account
2. Go to “My Profile”
3. Under Trail Badge Status on the left side of the page you should see the trail badges you've requested as a yellow check mark followed by "Badge Request Submitted"
4. If the request wasn’t finished you will see a red exclamation point followed by "Complete Badge Request"
5. Where you see the red one, you can click the link and fill out the form to finalize the request

If you would like to discuss details regarding your specific trail badge requests please email your information to BadgeofHonor@jeep.com. I will continue to provide updates as I receive them. Please let me know if you have any additional questions!

Well, I began this thread on October 2nd. Its now November 4th. Still have not seen the Badge of Honor from a request made for it in May. That's 6 months of waiting. One half of a year! Several emails, phone calls (they are responded to by different people) result in different messages and time frames. According to one call, the guy said that he "would handle it personally, and I'll get it sent right out." That was 5 weeks ago.

After waiting so long, I would now be willing to pay for these darn things, like $5.00 a piece or something, if that would hurry them along. I know this is a free complimentary program, but any business would go broke if it took them 6 months to ship out a product.

My wife tells me to just let it ago, and to forget about the BOH program, that it is not worth the frustration. I am now finally agreeing with her. Six months!! Anyway, thanks for listening.

-signed, very frustrated @JeepCares
I have followed all of those steps, for all 8 of the trails I have traversed. The process is very slow regardless. After each badge request, I get a confirmation email telling me that the request has been received and that the badge will be sent out in 8-12 weeks. Yet, here it is

2015 Cherokee Trailhawk:
Granite Crystal, 3.2L V6, 8.4 Nav, black leather, sunroof, tow, tech, comfort/conv, no hood decal, 9 speakers, CD player, Maximum Care lifetime warranty, Mopar first aid kit, rear rubber cargo mat, Thule Aeroblade cross bars (black), Thule Rapid Aero feet, Kuat Vagabond X cargo basket, RRO rock rails with smooth covers, Mopar door sills, Raingler ceiling net, Raingler seat headrest handles, MFC aluminum lift kit, RRO winch bar and Warn M8000S winch, BFG T/A KO2s

Don't give up man! You have more KL BoH's than anyone else in the world. Just sucks that their program sucks.

Why don't they just let someone make them aftermarket. Its an honor system anyway... that can't prove you just checked-in on the crappy app. Just let us buy what we've earned.

Just an update for anyone interested. Its been 188 days (over 6 months) since I submitted a Badge of Honor request for "Hole in the Rock" AND Jeep saying that they received my request and it will be 8-12 weeks before delivery. Still no badge. An email from Jeep yesterday (another reply to another request for help) said "you should have already received it last month." And then, that they "will look into it." Its been "looked into" for 188 days now. Still no joy.

I was thinking this would be a cool addition to Hawkeye, but not with 6+ months wait on badges. I had a quick peek at the website, and not a single trail in Canada? Shocking considering how many good places I can think of, especially out west. Old logging and fire access roads, settler trails, abandoned rail tracks, tailings piles in the north, etc. There are swaths of the Canadian Sheild that would just beg for trails.

I'm actually surprised by the lack of trails as well. Granted, I've only done Trail #11 in PA, but why are there three at Rausch Creek when there are some awesome trails up and down the East Coast. For instances, at the Jeep Jam in Uwharrie there was a trail called Rattlesnake that was far harder than #11.

I'd think the Jeep BoH folks and the Jeep Jamboree folks would get together and each location for the Jams would have a BoH trail.

Yes, this will be a cynical comment, based on my current frustration with the program. But if they cannot even manage the trails they currently have, adding more right now may make it even worse. Man, I wish they'd get their act together. This could be such a fun and motivating program for the brand.....sigh.

I hear ya man - especially with as many as you've earned. Its sad that Jeep can't engage the community more. I actually posted something similar on the Uwharrie Jeep Jamboree page [BoH and JJUSA] and got an interesting reply, with a hilarious ending....

"If you join the Tennessee Jjusa group there's a discussion with the guy who runs the badge of honor program. He says he's working on it and is open to suggestions as to some east coast trails to add. They've also said than no one has gotten their badges from the Tennessee jamboree that was in April."

The thing is, it's not that difficult a thing to manage, and I'd be damned if I can think of any companies that should be better at supply chain management and shipping than auto manufacturers. Ok, Apple for sure, but **** it.
