Yes, that sounds like it. I didn't have the MFC lift yet at the time, and decided to turn tail and head back down. I've heard about the waterfall obstacle. That one looks interesting, but from pictures I think it can be done....you are evidence that it can!!

Well into February now. Still waiting on 5 BOH's earned in September. A full 5 months and counting on those 5.

So I might be closer to mine. Got this email today.
Good Morning!

We need your physical address to send you Jeep Badges of Honor. In the badge request form you sent us, you put your P.O. box in the address place. When you send me your address I can put your order in the shipping system.

Thanks!

- There is only one designated BoH person at a time and it’s not their full time job. For the fact its only 1 part time person, I’m impressed the programs runs at all. I do not envy her.

- She is aware of the issues with sending out badges. Jeep is currently working on changing suppliers to improve the process.

- I opined that if people are willing to pay $5 for a sticker from ConqueredTrailz, I’m sure they’d pay for BoH. She said that the free part is that its “Free, but earned” is a big part of the draw and why the program is set apart. I’ll agree with that.

- This year saw 4x the amount of trail check-ins from when the program first started.

- In addition to fixing the badge issues, it is her personal goal to get some more trails this quarter – specifically on the East Coast. (The absolute lack of East Coast trails outside of Rausch was what my originally post was about).

In that, she need’s the Jeep Community’s help. The only catch is the trails have to be on public land. So if you know of any trails you think should be submitted, just shoot them an e-mail and they can start the process. I pointed out that the BoH trails should be as equally distributed and accessible as the Jeep Jamborees (though a number of those are on private land).

Anyway, just thought I’d share!

When you say open to the public, we have a few here in Texas (Bridgeport, Hidden Falls, Gilmer) that all require a state off road sticker because they are state maintained property so, does that count? I mean, it's a 16$ sticker you can get from just about any offroad shop around here.

Len1304 - yep, I think that would meet the criteria. You should shoot BoH an e-mail. I put her in touch with our Jeep club who is helping her ID trails.

Y'all go easy on Rochelle. She's the only person in the program. If she feels up to it, she can tell you how the program works. Bottom line, as much as we would like it - BoH is not her main priority, nor Jeeps'. And she'll be gone in a few months, since they rotate the BoH POC out often. Its merely to give newish, young employees exposure to the Jeep community.

Sending Rochelle frustrated or nasty e-mails demanding a badge will not solve anything. If you want change in the BoH program, e-mail FCA or Jeep and ask them to set up a permanent BoH office, with permanent employees, more than one employee, with a set budget... or just don't do BoH. (Its like people complaining about Facebook. Its free and no one is forcing you to use it.)

JeepCares can only pass your issues to Rochelle. Or I guess you could ask them to send your concerns directly to Michael Manley.

1. Login in to your account
2. Go to “My Profile”
3. Under Trail Badge Status on the left side of the page you should see the trail badges you've requested as a yellow check mark followed by "Badge Request Submitted"
4. If the request wasn’t finished you will see a red exclamation point followed by "Complete Badge Request"
5. Where you see the red one, you can click the link and fill out the form to finalize the request

If you would like to discuss details regarding your specific trail badge requests please email your information to BadgeofHonor@jeep.com. I will continue to provide updates as I receive them. Please let me know if you have any additional questions!

Hi everyone,

I wanted to quote my original post since it was quite a bit earlier in this thread. I’m sorry about the delay some of you are experiencing with your trail badge requests, I have passed this information along to the appropriate internal department. The best email to ask questions about specific trail badge requests is BadgeofHonor@jeep.com. If I receive any additional updates I will share them on this thread!

Yes! You are getting closer! I received that same email on my "Hole in the Rock" request. It was at about a month, 6 weeks out when I received that. That one took 8 months total, but it did come. You're almost there! (Still waiting on 5 more earned last September)
