Got this on Saturday driving around 40 F, about 20 minutes on a drive in auto mode. It came out of nowhere. I drove another 20 minutes and shut it off. A few hours later when I restarted it was gone, and it hasn't happened since. First time it ever happened.

I'm going to the dealer soon, should I bring this up? Is there anything they can do with that information?

Interesting that the tensioner is for the 3.6l so we have one more cross over part...

Hi sedona47,

I would definitely bring it up so that they at the very least document that you had the concern. Let me know if I can provide any follow up!

only happened to me 1 time, in the summer, on the beach, using sand/mud mode, after running rather high revs for 15 minutes. I slowed down after that & used auto mode which lets the engine upshift way sooner

Took it to the dealer and the tech read code "U0415-00. Found STAR case 51405000006 for intermittent ABS light on. Will have to start with replacing brake light switch."

Not sure how this relates to 4WD temporarily unavailable. I haven't seen it since, hopefully this keeps it from happening again. Any thoughts?

I had a chance to do the first real offroad trip with my TH in some deep snow a few days ago. Initially I just used Sand/Mud and found after about 30 mins of chugging through deep snow I kept getting the 4WD overheated and unavailable message. I just turned my TH off restarted it and used 4-low for the rest of the trip (about 2 hours) and never ran into any issues, and I wasn't easy on my TH either. It's somewhat disappointing that it can't keep up in deep snow but I was subjecting it to some pretty good abuse. Thankfully my solution of using 4-low fixed the problem.
