Tinted windows removal

I was wondering if anyone has removed the factory tinted windows from there TH. Not used to having them and would like to take them off.

Most people just tint the front ones to match. The rears are not tinting applied, they are factory timted glass I believe.

Sent via Tapatalk from a small keyboard on my phone with fat thumbs and no glasses...

Cheers, Dave.

The tint on the rear windows is not a tint that's been applied. The glass is actually colored and therefore cannot be removed.

As far as I can tell Mopar vehicle glass is all tinted. Maybe aftermarket can get non tinted or less tinted glass.

Pretty much ALL vehicle glass is tinted - including your windshield. It's just a matter of degrees. (Well, VLT % technically, but that's a more involved conversation.)

"Not used to having them and would like to take them off."
I think all vehicles I have had in recent history have had tinted windows as its a safety/security feature in my opinion.
The rear ones, that is other that the front seat ones including the windshield, are usually tinted heavier that the front ones. This is a security item for the rear area.
The tinting on the front ones are controlled more by individual state law and maybe Fed highway rules than personal or auto makers.
Actually driving with the front tinted windows has never been an issue for me. It helps a lot with glare and sun.

If it's the front driver and passenger it shouldn't be more than about 50-75$ to have a tinted remove the tint and apply new tint.
