Media device not working

I have a problem with media device not working either with USB or Bluetooth connection. Bluetooth is working when having a phone call. The media device is now only working with Aux connection.

Did anyone experience the same problem?

I haven't, but have you tried resetting the radio? Pull the fuse to that circuit for a few seconds, then replace the fuse. See if that 'reboot' fixes it.

Another method for rebooting the Uconnect > "Push and hold the Mute button and the other big knob at the same time until the Uconnect reboots (about 5 seconds)."

Body Control Module Fuse 53 (7.5A) is for the media port. Check that. If ok, probably have to let dealer fix it.
The fuse will probably be ok though since the AUX port is part of it.

How many bluetooth devices have you tested? Just one? If so this sounds like a permissions issue on the device, not a fault of the UConnect. You may need to go into your device settings and enable Media Audio, Call Audio is probably the only one enabled.

I checked the option with another mobile, but unfortunately, it did not work. Since then I found out my son tried to charge his mobile power bank in the USB connection. This may have caused some damage on electronic parts. But not too sure.

No reason that charging something using the USB would cause a problem.

That shouldn't have done any damage. It might be easier if you could get to a dealership to have them take a look and make sure its pairing correctly? If there is a problem they would be able to help. If I were close I'd say lets meet up and I'd give you a hand, but I don't think thats possible lol.
