FWIW, don't follow the instructions to the letter. It says to mount the sliders and drill through the pinch weld from under the car, which is largely impossible if you have skid plates.

So I am reading the instructions and it says this:

Does anyone know the torque spec?

i don't think there is a specific spec. you'll know what is "too much" once you install them. look between the sliders and the car, you'll see if the rubber washer is stressed or not.
