I think Hawkeye wins the numbers game. I purchased in November 2015, build date September 2015. I've got 68,000km on it and have done regular oil changes when the computer says to and replaced the front wipers twice. Changed tires over to BFG KO2s. I suspect my struts are going to need replacing soon. Dealer said no, but I get some judder on washboard and an uneven road I don't remember being as bad earlier. Considering it's under warranty for another 35000KM, I don't know why they just don't do it.

No issues, and I've kept the UConnect system up to date myself.

2016 Latitude V6. 18600 miles, 2 oil changes & rotations. Some software and the wiper arm recalls. Only issue is a small rattle that may have been done by the Katzkin installer. If you get a 2016, upgrade the lights.

The wiper-arm bolt came loose from the factory. I didn't bother to take mine in but then my wiper started to flop all over the place and get stuck! Easy fix, just torque it down to the proper spec.

Which one, in particular? I checked all 3 and they seem to be good. Thank you for getting back to me.

I think I know why... They get more money if you pay for the fix than they get if the factory pays for the fix. Keep bugging them.

It was the driver's side arm, the larger bolt/nut that's under the round plastic cap and holds the wiper arm to the vehicle.

Thank you. I'll report when it falls off in the car wash!
