That is correct, it's pretty easy to get the front done.

Sorry - I was referring to the failure? I have a brand new pair, wondering if I should be watching out for anything.

There is a lot of variation in the body panel locations on these Jeeps. I was unable to have any combination of the four mounts work with my Jeep. The only real option without bending them too many times was more tape. I live in a snowy, salty, sandy area and that foam tape is not a good solution. The idea behind them was good, but Jeep did not make it possible for everyone to enjoy.

Here's something that's being developed right now. This is a prototype, and I couldn't be happier. It doesn't touch the body panels, and the upper platform can be turned into a much more desirable position than the MFC's. Mine, for example, are back and towards the outside. They don't block visibility as much as the MFC, and they're no where near the hood when it's open (unlike the MFC.) Overall, it has superior functionality in every way.

As a warning, the third pic show just how poorly the MFCs fit, they can dig into your paint, down to the primer. I have matching "beauty marks" on both sides.
(To be clear, the mount in the picture is the prototype, the gray mark is the deep scratch caused by the MFC mounts.)

NO. It lifts the front also. Its not a front adjustment. you raise the shock and drill a new hole at the new height.

I had thought about selling mine, or even giving them away. However, I like to exercise personal accountability (unlike some), therefore I wouldn't want to out anyone else's vehicle at risk of damage.
