Hello follow jeepers,
I've bought my 2016 jeep cherokee for a while now and I noticed that sometimes there's water dripping down from right edge of muffler when car is running.
Im completely new with cars and have no idea if this is normal or not.
I'd appreciate it if you guys can take a look.
Thanks!
This should only happen when your car is cold. Condensation in the exhaust. Every car does it, but it usually comes out of the tail pipe. Now if this happens after a big road trip, then you have other issues.
Unless you're sure that it is outside condensation and is not coming from inside the muffler, take it to the dealer. The muffler is sealed and it shouldn't be leaking at any time.
