I have to admit the front lighting setup threw me off add it still does but it's starting to set in, i'm starting to like it, but not completely. Still trying to visualize what the headlight setup would look like if it was just one big assembly rather than two divided parts

I'm able to live with the headlights, and love all the upgrades on the Limited, but I "HATE" that lower chrome mouth. If I buy one, I'll have to find some way to get rid of it! I think that is the main reason the TH is so appealing - no lower chrome mouth.

I like it, but the chrome is a little overboard. I always thought the Dart looked a little snake-like, the Cherokee takes it to the next level. The TH even more so.

I'd agree that it has quite a bit of chrome, but i didn't notice until you pointed it out. The split headlights are distinctive, but I like them.

at first glance it had me going too. when it was out that the very top lights were just day time running lights I was like really now...? But I have come to love the design and position for the headlights.

I agree with you on the lower chrome trimming for the bottom grille. the eyes are already very alien like but now with the chrome just gives it a full face. It would be more subtle if it just sayed black.

I remember watching a video review of the new cherokee and one reviewer said it looks much better in person than it does through pictures and video's, so if you really want to judge it properly, wait till you see one in person

A key question is which model the reviewer was looking at. The TH looks significantly different than the Limited. Since most of the reviewers were focused on the TH, he may have been referring to that one. The four models differ - only the Limited has the chrome under the front bumper.

I agree with this. One example is the Anvil color. It is a really gorgeous color that does not photograph well with the Chrysler PR people. The only reason I know this is that my roommate just got a '13 Wrangler 10th Anniversary in that color and it is one of my favorite grays.
