I have it on my 15' TH and I must say I love that I do have it. It is pretty much seamless in operation. I feel I have saved a fair amount of fuel already not sitting and idling at stop lights in my first 850 miles, on 1/8th of the way into my 3rd tank of fuel as of yesterday. As soon as you release the brake the engine is started and ready to move by the time you are on the gas.
ESS Does operate when heating or cooling, as long as you are not currently making a major temperature change inside of the vehicle IE Going from very cold to hot or vice versa when you first get in a vehicle.
ESS Does not operate until the vehicle is up to operating temps set by the vehicle (Works in less than a mile on mine), Will not operate if low fuel light comes on.
ESS Has a beefed up starting system to handle the starting and stoping, and when the vehicle is shut down due to ESS and re starts, it is noticeably different than from a standard vehicle start, much faster.
