So my case manager contacted me just to get the whole summary of the experience. I forgot to mention how when I originally bought the car in 2015 I asked if the transmission update had been applied. The dealer told me they legally couldn't sell me a car with outstanding recalls. So I drove it and it drove fine. After I bought the car I came to find it had not had the recalls performed. They did the recalls and surprise the dreaded 3-2 shift struck. Anyways my case manager is going to talk to the technician which I doubt is going to solve anything. She also asked if I was willing to drop my car off again. I told them yes but I'm not going to take time out of work again to take my car in that they will need to provide me a rental on the weekend. so i'll let you guys know what happens.
Case manager called me back, dealership wants me to bring it in on Monday. So I'm going to drop it off and go from there. I already am certain I will be told its functioning correctly. Wait and see though maybe the jeep gods will smile upon me.
