I can't find that on the Export Maint. For 120km all I see is:

◾Change the engine oil and engine oil filter. *
◾Replace the engine air cleaner filter.
◾Rotate tires.
◾Inspect the CV joints.
◾Inspect the front suspension, boot seals, tie rod ends, and replace if necessary.
◾Inspect brake linings, replace if necessary.
◾Inspect parking brake function.
◾Replace the air conditioning/cabin air filter.
◾Replace the engine fuel filter.
◾Replace accessory drive belt. **
◾Replace timing belt. **
◾Change brake fluid.

It seems they have their own little schemes, at least in Australia they do. Some places in Europe too. I base this on forum members posting about routine service costs imposed by their local FCA *authority*. It's really bad in Australia, owners are being robbed blind... and they can't even do their own oil changes...

You should be the poster child for severe service for your vehicles. And I mean that in a good sense.
*Now any particular maintenance you have or plan on doing for the transmission, like fluid changes, or are you treating it as a lifetime no service item.
* Also the important item you mention is the Timing belt. I was under the impression it was a chain which should last longer than a belt.
I know when I asked the Chev dealer on my wife's '04 Chev. recently (which she refuses to part with) he just said it will start making noise when its at its life end.
But again thanks for your insight into this Cherokee and your helpful advice.

I was going to comment on the belt too. The manual is non vehicle specific and their is a deisel version that does have timing belt (prob what the two ** are beside the entry).

That is my concern as a chain usually lasts a long time and does usually give some warning before failing.
A belt is very finite in lifespan and failure usually results in engine damage depending on valve set up.
In the past I have replaced timing belts at 70k (US) just to be safe when my vehicle had one.
