Anyone had this happen?

2016 TH. Just tripped 10k. It's been a great vehicle until this week. It might just be a fluke, but I noticed on deceleration the car accelerated on its own! It seemed the tranny couldn't decide what gear to be in. Also, it is revving to try and hold speed during cruise control. It's never done that before either. Weird.

If you only mentioned the deceleration experience, it might be explained as the rev match that occurs while downshifting from 5 to 4 due to the need to engage a dog clutch. But revving to hold speed during CC is not normal unless going up grade, and since you have 10k miles experience with it, you'd know the difference. Sounds like a dealer visit is in order.

Garage
If your in cruise going down/up a grade the system will use the
engine as a brake(going down) and the rpm will go up with a distinct increase
in engine noise in an effort to maintain the cruise speed you set.

Ok. Strange thing is that I haven't noticed it until now. It's definitely abnormal, or it's decided to start it now. Hmm...
