So why would I change out the struts, springs, and shocks if I can't go any more than 1.5" anyway? If this lift is any more in cost than $100 (without suspension parts), I'd question why they are doing it at all. JMO.

Rocky Road Outfitters Lift Kit

I'm not sure, it's currently in the prototype phase and hasn't even been fitted to a jeep yet. But when I get more info I'll let you know.

Just a side note. When developing the Aussie lift the guys were testing for max safe angles for the front drive shafts and the 1.25in was about the limits to safely lift without replacing the drive shafts. The rear height is not relevant with either of the current lifts available as niether extend the maximum drop or drive shaft angles.

So without new design front shafts the 1.25 ish lift is max.

Personally I don't see how it would be an advantage over the Aussie lift or MFC lift , replacing suspension parts and only getting an inch ? It's going to cost way more to start with , I just don't see it being any better than the lift kits out there , but I'm all for being proved wrong , I know it's all speculation at this point , so I'll be very interested in seeing what they come up with .

I have some info that would help support this lift, BUT I want clarification from RRO before I post them. I want the info to be accurate so as not to spread false truths.

So the difference from the other kits were they rise the spring, or change the springs, it's this came with new arms, springs, shocks? It's that right?
