Yeah my wife is still not really used to my concealed carrying. When we were dating she put her arm around my waist in a movie theater and said, "are you serious, even at the movies!?" A few weeks later the movie theater shooting in Denver occurred. I said, "you see, at least somebody carrying might have had at least a chance in a situation like that." She accepts it and doesn't give me a hard time about it any more, but once in a while I still get that funny look and the "why do you need that" question.

I still haven't worked something out but come January I'll start working on it. The sights on my pistol are tearing up the center console so I need to do something new.

I utilize a, "Go Bag" with many essentials in it. For my CCW, I use a discrete duty belt with the holster and magazine holders. This is placed behind my seat, where my dominant hand can easily reach it. When it needs to go on, or come out of the Jeep, it is easy to do it with all ammunition. I don't like my knee hitting things, so I do not use any magnets nor holsters around me, mounted to the Jeep.

In my 2012 Ram 2500, I had custom seat covers made in MT that had special pockets under my knees that held my pistol. With no options for the Jeep of this nature, I went with the above solution.

Care to share maybe must a photo of what your setup looks like ? I would eventually like to purchase a glock 17\19 as my edc and I know space is limited in the KL.

The problem with mine is if I want to conceal I have to remove my taclight/laser. Works great for target identification in the dark but terrible for traveling outside the house. May have to switch to the .22 which in a pinch will work. I have a Walther PPQ .22 exact same size and whatnot of the .45 but meant for target shooting.
