Is Rocky Road Outfitters legit?

I just bought my first Jeep this past December. I got a Jeep Cherokee Trail hawk and something I've noticed is there are hardly any aftermarket parts for it. When I mean aftermarket parts I mean Brush Guards, lift kits, winch mounts, and a variety of other things. The only place where I've found any luck is Rocky Road Outfitters but upon further research I crossed some pretty sketchy reviews about them and when I mean sketchy I mean sketchy reviews. What are your guys opinion on them?

Lot of us have bought parts from them, myself included. I ordered the steprails and the winch bumper. Rails were great, bumper had a few issues, but a lot of that was incompatibility with my tech package on the Jeep.

They usually make a fairly good product, but quality can be hit/miss

They did me right, very straight up and transparent at the time of ordering and only 4 weeks from order to shipping of my RRO super sliders. Great packaging and good enough instructions for a DIY job.

I've got their rock sliders.
They were slooooooow to deliver. But I have no complaints about the product once it got here.

Those super sliders look so at home on there. They're subtle, but at the same time add so much to the look. (Not to mention functionality)

My rock rails that I ordered were unusable without modification. They were bent and the holes did not line up. In addition to that they were about 6 weeks late from their estimate on when they would be ready. I called them every other week for that six weeks and they just kept saying that "next week they will ship", yet they seemed to never make any progress for that whole time. In the end I was able to make them work, however they aren't perfect and I had to drill an additional hole through them on each side. This not only changes the Aesthetics but it makes it impossible to use their slider cover. My sliders still do not sit flush to the body where they should, and the gap varies on all four corners between them and the vehicle. For two months I fought with them to get them to pass me up to their management to decide what could be done to remedy the situation. It took them an additional three months with me checking about twice a month for progress for them to finally get back with me that they could give me $100 back as a refund to make up the poorly made sliders. I do absolutely love them as a product, but Rocky Road Outfitters as a company is utter crap in the customer service department.

Also, I might not be so upset if it didn't take them upwards of two weeks to respond to emails. There was one email that I sent that I didn't hear back from at all and didn't get a reply until I sent another email a month later inquiring as to whether they had received my email. Their response was that they had received my email and that they were waiting on management.

I really want to get their super sliders, but the horror stories on here about fitment is putting second thoughts in my mind. Since I live in Hawaii, shipping is not cheap, and if they send me a jacked up set, it will cost a fortune to mail them back. If
