Looking for a good custom fit car cover. One that will keep most water out. I live in Northern CA so weather here is not bad most of the time. Would like to keep it around $200 and below. Can't seem to find any fitted ones. This would be on the 2014 Cherokee with the antenna on the roof in the back.
Yeah its $350 which is a total rip off. I wanted a CoverKing but they don't have any. I have searched Ebay Amazon etc. Nothing. They have some, but they don't have the Antenna pocket which is what I would need.
Keep in mind you can swap your antenna for a less obtrusive one, like the stubby version of what you have or a shark fin if that would help you use the cover you prefer...though that is additional costs that need to be figured
Wait you can do that? I don't like the Antenna really on the Cherokee. Looks kinda old school 80's style IMO. I want the sharkfin type. Would the dealer install that?
Its an easy DIY...mine hasn't arrived yet as they custom paint them to match, but another member of the forum has one. All you do is unscrew the mast, install a bolt attached to an antenna in the sharkfin in its place, and place the double sided tape attached sharkfin over the OEM base.
Cheaper to email and order direct (they will send you a paypal invoice), but they are sold on amazon too. http://www.visualgarage.com/home.html
