Are they actually offering this colour? Been looking and haven't seen one yet. It would match my motorcoach perfectly.I was down at a dealership last week and he couldn't find this colour?

Late availability it's the color my wife wanted, but she decided to go with Billet Silver instead since where we ordered there was a Grand sitting right there in Billet and she decided she liked it for a little more color than to go lighter with cashmere. If they'd had winter chill on the Cherokee I know that would have been her choice even with a late availability, not offered this year though. Maybe in a year or 2 they will offer it and then we'll have to go through the waiting period again.

minnpacker - can you confirm what is meant by late availability? I just ordered one with Cashmere and the dealer didn't say anything about there being a delay specifically because of the color.

It wasn't available to order due to fact I was told they wouldn't build till Jan 2014 but it sounds like they will start taking orders earlier. We ordered on 11/2 when we got that info. Wife didn't want to wait that long before she got hers so she took Billet Silver instead. Also dealer we were at had a Grand in that color but owners wife had taken it to Chicago the day we were there so she couldn't see if she would be willing to wait for that color. Colors look different on shapes so she wanted to be able to compare and since they had a Grand in the show room where we were sitting she liked the way it looked so she ordered. Still waiting for framing should happen this week from what I was told by a guy I know in Michigan who lives next to a guy show works in Toledo.

If you go to Jeep.com the color still doesn't show as available.

I found this photo of Cashmere on a Canadian site.
No idea if the colour is close or not.

There is a picture of a cashmere Cherokee on the Jeep site. I think that must be a fairly accurate representation of the color, since the color of the other 3 jeeps in the pic look accurate.

The headlights look different than on the US cars. The cover is clear or not there. Is that true or just confusing because of the picture?

That is how the headlights were in the preproduction cars.
