Thanks for the picture. The more photos, the better idea I/we will have of how this color looks in real light. I've had an Anvil TrailHawk on order since Aug 24, a list minute color switch based on the web site photo which I really like. I can probably also accept the hue on the Wrangler photo and the one I found at e other dealer, but the light sea-foam/powder blue is not what I wanted. If it looks like that I may abandon my deposit, annoy my dealer, and reorder. And then wait another 3 plus months...

Yikes, don't go by the website pics! The configurator at jeep.com is kinda buggy and it looks like it is showing the granite color. NONE of the colors look anything like real life though which is very frustrating.

Here is a gallery from the dealership of the one that I posted earlier:

I originally hated the deep cherry on the website. While at the dealer I realized it's totally different in person.

I like the red that appears on this website on my old monitor. But on some websites the red looks very close to the mango tango orange. I hope in real life it looks as I see it here. I'm a winter, I don't look good in the orangey reds.

Hey SuperJoe,
Since you actually saw one, in your opinion was anvil powder bluish or grayish? I'm worried I bought a baby-blue TrailHawk.

Thanks.

I would say that it was grey primarily with a hint of blue to set it off. I would certainly not consider it baby blue, that never occurred to me. I actually liked it in person, but that is pretty subjective.

anvil is very gray... battleship gray in natural light. under florescent lighting it looks blue-ish. depending on the quality of the camera and its white balance you get some kind of fluctuations. go look at anvil wranglers in person... same thing.
Seguerski and foxbag like this.

Thanks for description and reassurance. It's been a long 2+ months and it's starting to take it toll.

That shot is overexposed with a bright flash. I'm not defending the color, but that is hardly an accurate photo.
