Forums are the best way to get a feel about many things car purchases included. I've been poking around looking for info on the Cherokee and have learned more here in 5 minutes than I did at two dealerships and some other auto forums.
Not an off roader anymore I owned a TJ a few years ago with Currie suspension and the bells and whistles this will 2-WD transportation for the wife and I in our retirement. She thinks the Grand Cherokee is too big, she's been driving a Ford Edge and the lease is almost up. I think the release date will time out well with our lease being up.
LonePinePete, welcome to the Cherokee forums. I'm looking forward to this site being a great resource for all of us. As you have discovered, there is already a wealth of information here, much of it from the great Cherokee Steve.
