So glad to be part of an organization where I can get and give info about our Bad*&& Jeeps. Lost a Jeep Commander to a hail storm and just bought our next gen. Having the software updated to hopefully fix the rough transmission going into the first couple gears. Also having an annoying high pitched humming sound coming from under the Jeep. Have read a lot about this and am finding some helpful info but nothing exact, still could be a number of things. The dealership tech told me that is comes from the resonator in the exhaust? Which I don't believe. Anyone had the same issues or heard of this problem?
We pride ourselves on being a friendly place for discussions about Jeep, Cherokees, and everything in between.
We ask that you both post an introduction here and introduce yourselves to our great community, and please also support our vendors that work hard to bring you the best products they can at the best prices they can.
Thanks for keeping this board alive! I'm glad to see the new Cherokees going strong. I started my research on the Cherokees back in 2014 and was THIS close to getting one, but I was then relocated to Korea for awhile. I just got back, and my first order of business was to pick up a 2017 Trailhawk (even had it delivered to the airport). I look forward to reading all the tips and tricks about this great vehicle!
Our "home" is in Tacoma, but our next assignment is in Maryland, so this Trailhawk is about to go on a cross-country trek very soon.
