Just happened to me yesterday. Plastic piece is sitting in the cup holder....can't decide if I want to glue it back or go in for warranty claim. 35,679 miles...

Just had this happen to mine yesterday. The Jeep parts department at my dealer, nor MOPAR can help me find this stupid cover. For those that have glued it back on, what did you use and how successful has the repair been?

Was your dealership unable to put in an order for you?

This happened to me last year. I took one look at it and decided against gluing it. Just had the dealer order me a new shift knob. I wasn't under warranty. It set me back about $60 I think, and I had it by the end of the week. Took about 2 minutes to swap out.

I used gorilla glue. I think it's been glued on for over a year.

Same here on the Gorilla glue. The replacement Shift Knobs have also lost the button.
