RT i dont look at it daily and i certainly dont want a new panel (would rather upgrade my lights for the 130) but drives me crazy that i did that and in the end if 130 can alleviate that issue im game.... i get where you are coming from.

1. stick to my rule, never replace anything cover with grip tape giving it a savage look on both sides. (ill post photos)
2. take a risk pay 130 and get it back the same way.
3. do nothing and effing fret everytime i get in my TH....
hmmmmm

appreciate all the responses!

dhh3! thanks brother, will look into that.

@Arct1c4x4, let us know what you decide to do, and take pictures, too!

So many of these threads just end without the OP posting the resolution of the problem. The discussion isn't helpful when we don't know the outcome. Thanks!

Suggestion: You may want to try some black shoe polish. I have used it to darken scratches. It won't get rid of the scratch, but it may darken it to the point that it isn't noticed as much. Another possibility is a black permanent magic marker. With this approach, use a cloth to rub the magic marker into the scratch as soon as it is applied. This helps to soften the line and blend it into the scratch. Hope this helps!

LRM thank you for the suggestions. i may try the shoe polish.... the sharpie seems like a great option as well and i appreciate the idea of rubbing it in. one thing i have heard from researching this to no end is that the show polish will need to by re-applied and the sharpie may turn purple. seen that before. but both great suggestions, and totally appreciate it.....
